Replaced stereo on Mitsubishi Outlander, now dash lights arent working?

Wanted to replace the stock deck in 2003 Outlander. Bought the wiring harness attachment for the truck, deck ran fine, but now no dash lights, and right tail light not working. if i give power to the illumination wire, the dash lights go on, but stay on, any ideas
