Does she sound like a good teacher?

Most of her students average C's or D's. She always leaves the cl for ages on their own in lesson time, she always jokingly hits students or talks about hitting students, and she always calls rude words to students like 'shortarse' and '****' and things like that. Does she sound like a good teacher? Because she is a senior teacher and i have no idea how she got to that position.
