It seems like Obama wants to contain China?

He tried to appease muslim world, build a closer relationship with Russia, sell weaponry to India, supported Uighur seperatists who wants to split Xinjiang from China. It seems to me that he wants to be tough on China and North Korea, and deems them as the biggest threat to US hegemony
