Not to be ual or anything, but i'm serious are there?

ok, i've noticed this for a while, and its been driving me nuts. why is it black men never seem to be hairy? i mean, ever! maybe every once and a while you see a little tuft, but they are never hairy! why is that? this is not to be racist or anything, this is purely because i'm curious.
